  • Do I need a flat roof?

    The Orb can be installed on any roof pitch. We can also install our turbine on a pole if desired.

    Do I need to be connected to a power grid?

    Our turbine can be deployed in both off-grid and on-grid applications.

    What is the expected lifespan of the unit?

    We expect The Orb to operate for between 15-20 years. However, we have designed all of our components to be hot swappable. This means that even if a blade or generator is damaged, you can replace that part instead of needing to by an entirely new system.
